  I've been living here for about two years now.I gotta say i was a little leery at first. But now that I've lived here for a while. I feel completely safe in. Don't worry about any of my stuff. Getting messed with my neighbors are awesome about keeping the rift raf out in the place, when i'm not there and also they are totally chill. I like the new management Shannon's killing it in the office. Helping me work around my life's dramas and being professional yet patient which is the world to me lol So I would recommend to anybody who's considering this place That , it is a good place to live

  I love Portland pines. I have been a resident for a few months now and it's a great place to live. It's quite and well kept. The manager Shannon is really great. I love the garden, and my neighbors!

  As a new resident i can't say enough nice things about this place. The residents are super friendly and make you feel right at home. The park is nicely maintained and ran by super nice staff. It's animal friendly and super quiet at night also.

  I can not say enough about Portland Pines and the staff and community here! I'm not gonna lie, because of the location I was not sure about the how nice the community would be but let me tell you! It is so clean and well kept here. You can tell the second you pull in that the manager Skylar and his team take so much pride in this community! It is well maintained and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Skylar and his team went above and beyond to help us get approved for the cutest little home and we feel so welcome and really like we are finally home! There is the most adorable little garden area and laundry and everything you need! I highly recommend Portland Pines if you are looking for a very affordable, well kept, quiet park to call home. Thank you Skylar for all your help and making the whole process fast, easy, smooth and so welcoming!!

  0 it is a decent place to live it's right on 82nd but they do a great job of keeping the riff Raff out surprisingly enough or feel safe and secure there says a lot for the location
